Plesant stay at well located hotel - easy access to Madrid
The location of the hotel was good, you could either walk into central Madrid or get the Metro. Two stations were close by. The staff were all very good and provided help and information when needed. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. They had gluten-free bread options which was helpful.
The breakfast room wasn't huge, so it could get quite busy although we did manage to get a table each day. The range wasn't huge but was adequate - the food that was available tasted good, it was the range that was limiting.

Madrid was very nice
The staff was friendly. The cost of the hotel was reasonable. The staff helped arrange transportation to the airport to assist with our departure.
Room was small, location description did not meet our expectations. We needed to taxi to go to restaurants or shopping areas. The hotel did not have a gym, when I asked, I was told i could run at the park. It was 10pm, i didn't want to go to a park to run that late.

Good stay in the city centre.
Well located with metro stops and different shops nearby. The room had everything one might need. It was clean and serviced every day.
The hairdryer was small and had no cool flow button which made me turn it off every two minutes to cool down the hair that seemed to fire up because of the heat.
